The Role

You would be responsible for being a first point of contact for many of the inbound contacts that come into our office,.

You will have the opportunity to work in a motivated team and the freedom to identify new efficiencies and practices. You will also work with our finance and sales leaders in the administration of sales and payments. This is your role to grow and make into your own, and you will be given the support and backing needed to succeed. We only ask that you help us to provide excellent customer care to our customers, and you take due care and attention over your work.

Who are we looking for.

We’re big on staff development and keen to help our staff to reach their full potential, but to be successful in this role you will need to have a minimum a third level education, office administration experience preferable,  an interest in business, finance and legal services. You will need to have strong communication, and interpersonal skills as well as excellent phone manner.  You will also need be an organised person with acute attention to detail.
